Shafts
Precision for Tight-Tolerance Shaft Straightening
Shafts are some of the most diverse and commonly straightened components across all industries. These complex parts often have asymmetrical design features and tend to be hollow, which, without special care, can warp during the straightening process. Each straightening machine by MAE-Eitel is designed for easy operation without extensive training, ensuring precision results even with limited access to highly skilled labor.
The M-AH automatic straightener uses the latest automated technologies to efficiently straighten complex shafts used across industries with straightening forces between 60 and 2,000 kN while achieving straightening accuracy down to 0.01 mm. This advanced machine provides reliable repeatability across all production volume requirements and can easily integrate into existing processes.
Both the RP and the SRH manual straighteners combine powerful hydraulics with in-process measuring and cutting capabilities in an easy-to-use interface that produces precision results in complex shafts of all sizes. The RP straighteners efficiently straighten smaller shafts, such as spindle shafts, compact gearbox gear shafts, and small motor or engine shafts, while the SRH rapidly produces precision results in large industrial shafts.
Custom Solutions for Unique Shaft Straightening Requirements
MAE-Eitel proudly maintains extensive engineering and manufacturing capabilities that provide custom solutions for unique straightening requirements.
