Automatic Straightener:
M-AH & ASV Series

MAE-Eitel’s model M-AH automated straightening machine features 60 to 2,000 kN straightening forces, perfect for high volumes of small to medium-sized profiles and semi-finished products. This powerful but compact machine quickly straightens workpieces up to 3,750 mm in length. The M-AH series is designed to seamlessly integrate into existing processes or act as a standalone automated process. The ASV automatic straightener, on the other hand, is one of the largest in the industry, capable of producing precision results in products up to 30,000 mm long with a diameter up to 800 mm, utilizing advanced hydraulics capable of producing forces up to 40,000 kN.

Manual Straightener:
SRH & RP Series

When profiles and semi-finished products require a more hands-on approach to precision straightening, the SRH series boasts powerful straightening forces between 400 and 20,000 kN. This versatile manual straightening machine is ideal for lower production volumes of workpieces up to 14,000 mm in length. For smaller straightening requirements, the RP produces precision results down to 0.01 mm in profiles and semi-finished products up to 12,000 mm long.
